It depends on if you want them to know about you fully. Also to run into the risk of losing this private space and support if you ever want to process if a bad thing happened with your T. You might be more concerned to be in your T's good books than to really process what happened.
But I have told both my ex T and my current T about this site, and still feel free to criticize their actions here. I really don't mind them reading here.. since my purpose with a T is to be 100 % honest with them anyway, and that includes my view of them. I figured I got to gain more by telling them about this, than I have to lose. Even if I have to one day really want some private space and don't want them to read, I have got other discussion boards which I can choose to participate which they may not read.
That is my take on it anway.
