probiotics don't have to be that complicated. Start off with simple yogurt. Activia has a nice culture in it. Also, if you can get Kefir, in the yogurt aisle, it contains a lot of different lactose-cultures, even more different kinds than yogurt! (plus!!! It's YUMMY! on your cereal or whatnot)
hope you get some relief soon. sounds most unpleasant. (((((healthy mouth)))))
