I'll look into the probiotics. I've heard good things about them.
It's amazing how narrow one's world can become. I spent two weeks with my world mainly limited to my mouth and my work. Such a narrow narrow focus.
The instructions are a bit depressing. It says it could take days to work. :( Oh well. At least it's closer to working than it was when I avoided calling the doctor.
