Anyone knowledgeable of uterine ablat*on?

My si*ter shares the same 'hormone probs' as I did, tho' not quite so severe, or maybe she just has 'a very understanding husband'.
I had PMDD. Then, I had a TAH-BSO. (Later doc said 'wish I'd left one ovary', as still have prob' re needing a lot of estrogen and only tolerate injections or patches. No cancer in family hx.)
Sis has endometriosis and doc recommending ablati*n.
My biggest concern is 'how her hormones will react' after ab*ation.
