Hi - sorry I'm only reading this now.
The Grief 'board' here isn't visited as frequently as some of the other boards.
I suspect if you'd posted on the Psychology board you'd have been answered sooner. I don't know how frequently the 'Relationships' board is visited.
Anyway, I'm glad you seem to be feeling better.
Letting go is a terrible process. I was forced to go through it after 15 yrs of marriage & 2 kids. It does take time.
Please feel free to go to the other boards if you feel like talking more about it.
