Dear Jay,

I am so very sorry. There's nothing else I can say & it sounds so empty, but it is from my heart.

I hope the meds adjustment helps you.

Are you still going to the Pinery? I'm hoping that we get more of the lovely weather we've been getting. Oh, I know - we NEED rain, but it's hard for me to wish for it!

I send you a multitude of hugs Jay.

(Oops, maybe that Pinery thing should have been on the Social board. If so, sorry.)

luv, Kath

PS Jay - don't know if you read the post I wrote in reply to the EMDR post.
The method I mentioned has helped me deal with, among other things, my years-old grief about my Mom getting breast cancer & her eventual death from it.

K
