Well I am having doubts about ect but I would like to try EMDR.

I want to forget because of what I saw when I got to my brothers house.
I was already in shock from his death but he was dead three days and then from what the cornor told my husband that it looked like a heart attack I didn't expect to see so much blood.
When I saw that there was a print of his body in blood this was so shocking that I don't have the words for it. It was like seeing him but only in blood and then there were smells.
I want to forget these things.
I don't think anyone would want to have a smell like that and my brothers things are in storage all but important papers and even they smelled.
IF I ever get his things out of storage I know that they are going to have the odor but now I have that smell in my head and it will be there before I wake up.

I want to forget that.
