Hi Sandyann,

Here's a site: www.tatlife.com

I have used this method over the telephone with a lady I do 'energy work' with, then she told me of the website, so I could do it for myself.

Sandy - I used this method to deal with my OLD grief of my Mother getting cancer & dying when I was in my early 20's (I'm 60 now & hadn't really dealt with my grief).

This method is VERY simple. Also, it doesn't dredge up painful feelings. Sometimes you might experience a little 'wave' of feeling, but I've never had anything intense at ALL.

If you want any info or input, just ask, or if you feel more comfortalbe please feel free to babblemail me. I'd be MORE than glad to support you. I've had various types of therapy for years & this has done way more than any of it.

It is a certain way you use your hands - one cupped at the back of your head where it meets the neck & with the other you place your fingers on - I guess it's certain accupressure points.

You then choose the trauma or event you want to work on. You then say certain sentences (each sentence twice with a little pause in between).

Believe me, it is a wonderful method.

There's also EFT www.emofree.com but I think the TAT is way better for extreme trauma.

Best of luck, Kath
