Thanks for responding.

I know my little one is with me in spirit.

Those waves of grief...they are lessening with time. the best thiing to do is just ride them out.

And my question about grief or depression - I think it is indicative of a depression is the wave just never stops.

I'm bipolar so I already am on a mood stabilzer with an AD.

Woolav, I was happy to hear that you rescued a dog from the pound. When I am ready this is probably what I'll do, unless my next dog finds me first, like Rock did. I thank him endlessly for that. My precious sunshine pup.
