BrittPark,

That is too much for anyone to process in the fresh recovery of a major depressive episode.

You aren't incapacitated but instead just getting back on track from all you've been through.

Try to have some gentle compassion for yourself. It is obvious you care for these people in your life dearly but the most important thing for you right now is to take care of you.

Keep working. And rest your mind watching Buffy. No guilt! I mean it. Take care of you and then you'll be better able to 'be there' for your father and friend.
