I personally, do not believe that ANY God would have a problem with people taking medicine for an illness. I mean, if you relied ONLY on God to take care of the nourishment of your physical body, you could feel guilty for eating, or for taking supplements.

I don't like to discuss my beliefs much, but I do believe that this is a good idea to live by:

do your very best & leave the rest to God (the God of your choice).

So I think it is good to do whatever you can to take care of your God-given mind & body.

I don't have the mental energy to go into explaining what I mean by the different points. I replied because my heart went out to you.
