It is something you have to work at, just like forgiving others. Make a conscious decision to forgive yourself, and say it out loud if you have to. Decide once-and-for-all that it is a done deal. Then absolutely refuse to dwell on the negative, self-condemning thoughts when they come your way again. Counter the thoughts with what the Word says you are. "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.", etc. Say it out loud, until you convince yourself. You have to be as diligent about forgiving yourself as you are at forgiving others or you will be in unforgiveness.
