Secondly, stay on your meds (assuming your doctor agrees)...there is no more reason to go off depression meds than there is to go off insulin as a diabetic. It may take months or years, and it may take a change in meds, but with prayer and meds you'll get there.

Thirdly, try to find a Christian therapist (not just a clergyperson, but someone trained in psychotherapy). I found that very helpful when I expereinced what you are talking about.
