Help me with this problem

I have suffered from major depression for a while.

Every now and then I try to go off my medication, and I end up a horrible mess. Anyhow everytime I go back on them I end up where I am now.

I feel better, but at the same time I feel like God abandoned me. Part of recovery from depression is finding a way to connect to god, but each time I try and recover it becomes harder and harder, because I feel as if God doesn't really care about me. I also feel guilty about the swearing, the cursing, the blaming of God.

I just can help but wonder what happens to those who could never acess medication, how utterly separated from God they must feel.

Has anyone had similar thoughts ? Can anyone help me?
