Everyone has accomplishments and everyone has good attributes. Its just that those of us with low self-esteem don't think our own accomplishments are worthy. While, oddly, the same thing in someone else would be admirable.

I read somewhere that happiness isn't having what you want. It's wanting what you have.

Maybe that applies to our qualities too, not just material things.
