But frankly, I think you're too wonderful for it, rather than too old...
You know all the things I'm thinking about saying, right, so I can save myself the trouble of typing them, right? {sigh} OK, here we go...
1. Talk to Dr Clueless, see if she can navigate the SD minefield enough to discuss something like Topomax, which really is supposed to help. Or, I know someone who had great results with Zyprexa...
2. Bring up with your T the fact that any other T would get nothing buy a very tightly crossed Poet in her office, so what are the options for working on your BN with her? Or, just do what I've done in similar situations: "I will *not* see someone else about this, because it's taken too much effort to get to trusting you *at all.* The options are: you can consult with someone on my case so that we can work on it here, or I just won't work on it." It's not a great choice to make, but at least it getss the point across -- although it will also likely bring up discussions of control issues...
3. Maybe journal about what you're feeling? Write down the feelngs that are bringing on the b/p cycle?
4. Remember that I care about you a very great deal. It probably won't help, but you never know.
I've got to go now. My hair doesn't fit so well today...
