I'm not exactly sure how much I weigh now. Last time I checked, I was 199. That was at the end of a state of diarrhea, and a week ago. This week was spring break, and that's exactly what it was. I took a break from dieting, and exercise. I'm guessing I'm 210 now and that's because I not only ate all the junk food in sight, but ate at a fast food place almost everyday. I also ate a lot of white rice, always going for seconds. Yes, I'm Asian, or more specifically Filipino. Just wondering, would it be healthy to get down to at least 197 pounds by the first day of May. Or would this be losing weight too fast.
