Yep. Have decided [for now!]: increase lamictal, standard increases w/ shorter 5-7 day interval.
Off adderall asap -- mania/abuse risk too high.
Home nursing, 12 hrs or less per day at school for me.
Hope, pray, and vigilant observation of daughter.
