Exercise, exercise. 5 times a week, 30minutes each time. That's what my doctor tells me. That's the American Heart Association's recommendation for exercise. Fish oil for high triglycerides, if you can tolerate fish oil. Vitamins E and C. Magnesium. A good multivitamin. Things like olive oil and red wine, 1 glass per day. Foods to avoid: pizza, hamburger, seafood, fried foods, high fat dairy.
