CoQ10/Ubiquinol-enhances mitochondrial function
Garlic-Kyolic aged garlic may be best
Ginger
And Exercise!!!-walking and brief 15 to 20 min bursts of high intensity exercise, doing 1 or 2 high intensity interval sprint workouts a week.
