Maybe I will approach my doctor but he is very skeptical about giving me tests (I'm from the UK, so we have 'free' health care) because he doesn't see a problem. I don't know maybe I need to change but the whole local practice is full of covering-up doctors that just want to kick you out as soon as possible.
A friend gave me some USANA branded chelated minerals and mega antioxidants with the B-complex and also zinc too. I'll try them out on the schedule you provided and I'll see (and hope) to see some improvement!
