I was just wondering how much fish oil you guys are taking. About 8 weeks ago i started experimenting and just randomly doubled my fish oil dose to 4 capsules instead of 2. So I'm getting 4000mgs with breakfast. I've noticed I'm pretty sharp lately. I use to have a big problem with forgetting to take my meds before leaving for work or bed. Sometimes i would realize it, but more often than not i would grab my pill box the next morning and see that i had forgotten meds the previous day.
I've only forgotten meds twice in the 8 weeks which is pretty huge for me. I don't know if i can attribute it all to fish oil b/c I've added an exercise regiment as well, but i have noticed an increase in functioning since adding more omegas to my cocktail.
So where are you guys at? Is 4000mgs a lot???
