Hello there,
I have tried magnesium glycinate and it absolutely knocks me out but is good for anxiety and ocd which is why I tried it. I hear that malate is a form that is less sedating but my question is whether it is fundamentally the same thing and will help with anxiety and ocd much like glycinate? Many thanks for your thoughts,
