Glycine can interfere with anti psychotic meds.

Glycine is an inhibitory amino acid in the CNS. In the treatment of Schizophrenia for example very large dosages are taken. It's difficult to say why you felt bad, it might be simply because the effect of Glycine wore off and you felt stimulated again, or it could be because of much more complicated neurotransmitter interactions.
