I've tried the glycinate and citrate forms only. I've never tried the orotate or apartate forms. The glycinate form makes me feel worse. The citrate form is okay, more bioavailable, but I've always done okay with the oxide form. I've heard that magnesium taurinate (Is that the correct spelling?) is a great form if you like the effects of taurine. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it at the store. Probably find it online.
