I do , its somewhat beneficial to add some to your diet for its antimicrobial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties, but it is more of an add on - not the panancea that some websites would claim.
If you are looking for an supplement that gives you a non-anxious energy - I would suggest D-Ribose powder at 5g three times a day ( buy bulk only, thats the only affordable way)
