After several months of fish oil, borage oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, B12 (if deficient), and B1, I noticed I have a lot less problems with maintaining my energy levels. I think the best thing I did was adding the fish and borage oils. During summer, my energy levels used to drop quite a bit, but this last summer was easier to deal with by adding the fish and borage oils. I also notice a big difference when I take just 100IU of vitamin E during the day. My energy increases. I don't get the same result with 200IU or 400IU strengths of Vitamin E, just a low dosage of 100IU during the day. A low dosage of vitamin C is good to add to this, say just 500mg in the morning. What's more, my cholesterol went way down after being on the fish and borage oils for several months.
