Hi JL -
yes that is the type I"m taking. I'm actually back to taking 1 pill a day because I noticed after a full 2 weeks I was sitting too much and losing a bit of motivation. 1 pill works very well for me right now. This is amazing because when I've taken it in the past I had to take the full 3 a day to stabilize my moods.
Yes the acu-cell website is a little strange. For isntance it says that niacin/amide is antagonistic to magnesium - which put me off niacin. Yet Hoffer uses very large doses with great success - if it antagonized Mg to any extent I'm sure there would have been bad repercussions for his patients.
