Wow, thats great news about your skin, and other things. So, what do you think has helped your skin the most? I've been reading reports that low GI stuff really helps acne etc. Which would make sense, but was it also the magnesium?? Hmm.
I personally could never do those low carb things - what do you eat every day? I just don't get them, and I'm not entirely sure they're good for your kidneys. But low GI is a very good idea.
Anyway, yes, nutritiondata does lack certain things, and I find it abit frustrating because I live in europe and obviously alot of the things are totally based on american foodstuffs, and what I would call staples don't really feature that much. Like hummous and things like that.
Anyway.
