Hi Noddy

The product is called "Naturally High" and made by a company called Solal Technologies. It purports to increase the levels of serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine in your brain and hence to reduce mild depression and anxiety.

Unfortunately, I only felt good while using it for the first day. Perhaps it was some sort of psycho-somatic response to the knowldege that I was using this product, and to the expectation that my life was going to improve.

I have since added SAMe 200 mg/day to the regimen. If I decide to continue with this aproach, then next time I will rather use TMG instead of SAMe.

I do seem more energetic, and more resilient to negative input (like when people are mean to me). I keep hearing music in my mind, which is a good sign. When I am depressed, I become a-musical.

Linkadge has peviously described an interesting phenomenon that he experienced when using lithium. He said that he saw faces on cars, electronic equipment etc., formed by their headlights, grills, switches etc. I've experienced it as well these past few days. I'd be driving and thinking to myself: wow, that car looks angry, or that car has a nice smile, etc.

Anyway, I will give this combo a 1 month trial and then see from there.

Jamal
