Maybe Accupuncture is not Intense enough for your body/brain to produce some sort of anti-depressant response. For the last month I have been consuming Habanero peppers and also hot sauce with pure capsaicin crystals approx three days week. This produces INCREDIBLE pain that you are forced to endure until your body starts pumping out endorphins. You also learn how to take control of your mind and focus/meditate to conquer the pain. Anyways, this has greatly helped augment my adderall and I feel alot more resilient to stress and pain. Read my post below to learn more.
