I think you need the EPA from omega 3 to make the good inflammatory prosta-s from the GLA?~~~I switched from EPO straight to an organic "women's" oil mix at the suggestion of a friend of mine. She has had good success with her perimenopausal issues with it. Also, it's a daily dose which is appealing to me. It's has:
One Tablespoon Provides approximately:
Fatty AcidsOmega-3 5,115 mg
Omega-6 2,330 mg
Omega-9 1,488 mg
GLA 100 mgFlax Particulates
(Lignan) 2185 mg
Isoflavones 45 mg
Other
Saponins 55 mg
Rosemary/ascorbic acid 20 mgSome have problems with soy, but soy has been pretty good to me. It does wonders for my skin.

~~~I have osteoarthritis. Worse probelms in my neck where there's some spurring. It's also where my tension lives, so muscle aches are pretty common.
> It's very good you've found some relief/healing with medication - what are you taking? I've never gone on meds but I know if I ever arrived at a point where I'd had enough I would go to it -~~~I was previously treating an anxiety disorder and that was going well. I had a status change. Denial worked for a while, but not for long. I take Lexapro 10 mgs. It's been a good treatment for me. I didn't want to go that route, but it's worked out well so far. Things are better than I expected.
> I wish you all the best.~~~And the best right back to you. I'll keep you posted on the hormones and my attempt to treat them...
