Hi, LOOPS.
In a day or so, I'm going to be replying to quite a few posts below on the fish oil survey thread that I started, but I just wanted to respond to something you said in this thread. You mentioned joint pain being related to other inflammatory conditions. I think it must be, but I need to learn more about it. I find that my joint pains are greatly aggravated by sleep-deprivation and my menstrual cycle. During the second half (luteal phase) of my cycle, my joint pains get progressively worse. If I don't get enough sleep during that time, the problem is compounded, and I am in excruciating pain. Aspirin does not help when it's this bad. I haven't taken anything stronger than aspirin or Advil and, in view of all the bad news lately, I probably won't.
