I've had similar facial trouble with fish oil, including canker sores in the mouth, and it's not strictly a female problem in my case. --C

I'd get actual cysts (I like your term "face mountains" better.) It was awful. Lots of others here have reported the same. Interestingly, I think they may have been all women.
