Might I indulge you once more?
If so.... is it absolutely essential to add in Mag when one supplements with Ca? I really don't tolerate Mag in any form I've tried it. I know it's a balance thing - can your body just adjust on it's own so the Ca isn't dominant?
I appreciate your help.
