If I could take lecithin without eczema flare-ups, I would be taking it all the time with my fish oil. Really does the trick. However can't because of the eczema. Bum.

I know about the inositol and taurine. Inositol made me an emotional mess and taurine made me a tad irritable after awhile. Inositol was still good for sleep though - but I ditched it after awhile as I thought I was building a tolerance.

Good luck with whatever you try next. I would definitely find some triple lecithin caps though - then you don't have to do the taste.
