SAM-e: could anyone report a real success? Thanx!

Hi,
I wonder, reading up and down this board, if anyone could report a real, sure success using sam-e.
Sometimes i read effects that could be a simple placebo effects.
I'm not sure at all if it could help really.
Could you share some sam-e trial with an evident effectiveness of the substanze in the tratment?
