I am unsure as to what you are wanting to mean here by what you posted. If you could post answers to the following, then I could have the opprtunity to respond accordingly.
A. Are you aware that Mr. Hsiung has issued sanctions and that that could mean that he is managing the board?
B. Have you used the notification system and not received the reply that Mr. Hsiung's TOS states will be done?
C. If so, when did you send the notification?
D. Are you aware that different jurisdictions have different laws concerning as to if an owner of a forum such as this does or does not attend to managing the boards according to statements that are allowed to stand?
E. Are you aware that the deputies also could have the same laws in different jurisdictions applied to them?
F. If you think that there is negligence in the managing of the board, do you see that harm could come from that negligence of the managment of this forum to some others, and that is at least one reason why you innitiated this thread?
G. Could you post more here from your view as to the aspect of Mr. Hsiung's management of this forum in relation to if you see statements here being allowed to stand that could lead a Jew to feel put down/accused?
