Sigismund,
You wrote, [...do so?...]
You could reply to me that you decline to identify. You do not have to reply to a request that asks {could you}. Your reply could be just a "no" as others have posted here to some of my requests for clarification/identification.
The results then, if the identification/clarification is declined to be given, is that {I could then not reply}, for without the clarification, I would have to speculate as to the identification and I then would be possibly wrong in my speculation so I decline to respond.
Asking the author of a post for clarification/identification is IMO a civil way for people in a discussion to continue dialog. If dialog is not wanting to be continued, the member being asked for clarification could decline, and that is OK also with me.
I consider that the administration has an obligation to abide by their own TOS, though this administration may not think so, which is IMO different from members declining to reply to requests for clarification, notifications, and such.
You see, if my notifications/requests for rationales and such are not responded to, then there could be that IMO there could be the potential that I could become a target of ridicule, a scapegoat, and become a victim of anti-Semitic violence. This violence does not have to be physical. The violence could be emotional/psychological. The law sometimes calls this infliction of emotional distress and one could read the statutes from their jurisdiction to see how that could be done to someone. Somne jurisdictions call any negligence on the part of the administration to be actionable by law as a tort, being either the owner or his designates that are in his place as moderators/deputies.
Then their is that you are willing to post something here but without the identification, I can not be sure as to who it is that you are wanting to mean.
So let it be, Sigismund. But could you post to me statements from here on that you have identification as to the identification of who you want to mean? If you could, then I would not need to request from you identification.
Lou
