Hey Dinah, from what I just learned about Twitter, the whole world can see the Psycho-Babel twitter because it is not set to privacy mode. So anyone searching for a term that is in one of the tweets will be lead to the Babble twitter and then they can check out Babble itself.
I get lots of random people finding my twitter. So far a lot of them are just promoting their business though so I delete them from my followers. I want actual people who will read my twitter to follow me.
