That's not what I meant, I did appreciate your reminder to be empathic and caring. Support is one of the primary goals of this site, after all. I might've been more clear if I had quoted that part of your post, too. Or not connected in one sentence my two responses to you. 10der was right, it wasn't that, but what I did quote, that I considered uncivil.
