i agree with karen kay. i think you're doing a great job of helping others on the admin page. i think it's great that you go out of your way to help others. i think it's great that you take so much time out of your busy schedule to help with tech questions.
i'm sure others will chime in too. in fact, i'm sure others will be askign for help in the futue, so they are sure to chime in with their support!
