I agree Honore, I think even if it was tempting (and I don't believe it is) for a deputy to wield the enormous power of the P.B.C to further their own interests, and possibly change the course of their very existance (yup more sarcasm)
It would not be worth the tedious speculation, hue and cry that would likely ensue if that were even suspected.
