Yep and I do think (IMO) the "warning" is there when it may be utilized in the case of threats to self or another. It's dicey - If one takes a devil's advocate stance, the substance board could be a landmine... but I digress, anyways, I guess it is somewhat addressed in the FAQ's. I await to know if the poster is informed.
