But the general idea is:
new block = (old block - time off for civil behavior) * multiplier
time off = weeks since previous block / 10
multiplier
= 1 if provoked
= 3 if toward a particular individual or group, particularly uncivil, or in multiple posts
= 2 otherwiseAnd first blocks (or blocks when the number to be multiplied is < or = 0) are 1 week.
