I can not begin to tell you how it hurts to hear what you went through. No one, especially not a suicidal person should EVER have to go through that. But you got through it, and that's the important thing.You were strong enough to keep it together and make it out of that situation. I admire that so much, because I don't think I could have done that.
I'm also sorry for your loss of something that you loved. Nothing is ever easy for us is it?
I hope you have a good therapist, a dynamite advocate and a support system that can lead you through this ordeal with your wits intact.
When I'm all shaky, I have a host of tricks that help to calm me down. If you are interested, I would be happy to share.
