How come I never get warnings, only blocks?

Some people get a lot of "Please Rephrase Thats" or "Please be Sensitives", but not me. I get blocks. :-(
I wish that deputies would find my uncivil posts first because they would give me PBCs and Dr. Bob gives me blocks. I don't think that's fair.
Does Dr. Bob not like me? Why do I not get warnings? I seriously don't get warnings. I've only ever gotten two PBCs and I've been blocked four times. I'm getting upset over this. Someone please explain this to me. Deputies? Anyone?
