I think the auto-asterisking program needs to be adjusted. Better to recalibrate the program than block someone for six weeks over a rather harmless word.
I know of a site that had to work on their autoasterisking. It was asterisking words like embarassment, hello, or asset.
With such a long block it seems like the spirit of the rules is held captive to the letter of the law.
