you can still sympathise with larry and his hurts

while having sympathy for deneb and her hurts

they aren't mutually exclusive...

and one can still sympathise with larry and his hurts

while having sympathy for the point that what he said was uncivil

they aren't mutually exclusive either...

but i think people often think that they are.
and that to 'support' someone or show sympathy to them means... to rail against their supposed persecutors...

and round and round we go.

thats where i had some trouble last time...

i wanted to support larry...
but i also agreed with his block.

and that led to hurt feelings.

and...

round and round we go...
