There sometimes are issues on this end, too. But in that case everyone (or at least not just you) should be affected. I don't think there's been anything like that lately.
But I did just revise how the main pages for each board are handled. Is it just those pages taking a long time for you? As opposed to the posts? The server seems to be doing OK...
